I always really appreciate this surgery and how hard you try for people, how friendly and down to earth the nurses and reception staff are. I've only seen Dr Austera, who is a gem, but I'm sure the other GPs are also good.

I think slightly more conversation about the smear test and checking in might have been a good idea but generally I think this was an unusual experience as I was far more tense than I usually am. But I suppose people are tense sometimes?
